I'll be real. Today was mostly a rest day. I really struggle with trying to almost never take a full day off. Reality was I was catching up on a whole lot of sleep and focus on watching the Eagles win! The underdog Philadelphia Eagles are going to the Super Bowl where they will be underdogs again. I'm predicting right here right now that they will win!
Also we are a week away for the GRAMMYs
